We are with a  highly regarded regional law firm and they are  expanding its litigation team and seeking a courtroom-savvy attorney to join their family law practice. This role is ideal for someone who loves trial work and wants to make a meaningful impact in the lives of families.

Key Responsibilities :

Represent clients in all stages of litigation, from initial filing to final orders

Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials

Conduct legal research and draft motions, discovery, and legal memoranda

Collaborate with internal teams to drive positive case outcomes

Deliver compassionate, strategic counsel to clients under pressure

Qualifications :

Licensed to practice law in Virginia

Minimum 3 years of family law or civil litigation experience

Strong litigation, negotiation, and courtroom skills

Organized, driven, and able to manage multiple active cases

Comfortable working with high-emotion client matters
