The Vice President / Director of Operations is a key member of the company senior leadership team and responsible for planning and directing the operations of the manufacturing facilities to meet company objectives in quality, customer satisfaction, productivity, profitability, and inventory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a manufacturing plan with measurable goals to achieve annual and long term strategic objectives.
• Drive the transformation to a Lean environment and lead the implementation of the 80 / 20 philosophy across the organization.
• Direct all plant operations personnel to :

Assess and implement manufacturing technology to lower cost.

95% on time.

Optimize facilities layouts for capacity, flow & inventory management

Work Environment :

This position operates in a plant environment of noise, dust, odors, and fumes. Possible exposure to any number of elements, but none present to the extent of being disagreeable. Excessive heat in the summertime on the production floor.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) : Required to wear safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection.
