Key Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to understand sales processes and identify areas for automation and improvement within Salesforce Sales Cloud.

Gather, document, and prioritize business, functional, and technical requirements.

Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows in alignment with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Collaborate with Salesforce administrators, developers, and solution architects to design scalable solutions.

Conduct workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.

Support data migration, validation, and integration initiatives related to Sales Cloud and connected systems (e.g., CPQ, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, ERP).
