Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in bathroom or residential remodeling. Proficient in all aspects of bathroom installation, including plumbing and electrical work. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed. Primary Responsibilities :
- Oversee bathroom installation projects from start to finish, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
- Lead a team of installers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure quality workmanship.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards during installations.
- Perform hands-on installation work, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and tiling tasks.
