Job Title : Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator responsible for managing either a manual machine or a manual manufacturing process. The role involves ensuring the production of quality products efficiently to meet market demand.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture sufficient quantities of quality products at or below budgeted production costs to meet marketplace demand.
• Set up equipment operation feed, speed, and temperature following established procedures for operating various conventional and / or CNC manufacturing equipment.
• Select and measure raw materials and parts to specifications to prepare for production processing.
• Resolve issues related to production, machinery, processing, and / or packaging operations.
• Operate within the Manufacturing / Operations Function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines.

Work Environment

The work environment is climate-controlled, offering comfort during shifts. The position includes 2nd and 3rd shifts, with 2nd shift running from 3pm-11 : 30pm and 3rd shift from 11pm-7 : 30am. Initial training will take place on the 1st shift for approximately 3-6 weeks.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rogers, Arkansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00 / hr.
