• $40,000 - $42,000 annually + Credit for experience Flexible Schedule :  Monday - Friday | 9 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm | Weekend rotations required Supportive Team :   We value our caregivers as much as our residents Quick Hiring :   Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do :   Lead and participate in engaging, hands-on activities, events, trips, and celebrations within the memory care setting, encouraging resident involvement and highlighting individual talents.
• Create and distribute monthly calendars and newsletters; gather resident feedback through surveys; collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a well-rounded, meaningful daily program.
• Personally facilitate activities and outings - including scheduling transportation, driving the community van or bus, and assisting residents directly during trips and events.
• Engage with one-on-one residents daily, providing companionship, encouragement, and assistance during activities to foster connection and a sense of belonging.

Support marketing efforts, build community relationships, and occasionally assists with tours and apartment rentals What You'll Need :
