As a Security Officer - School Patrol Leader in PHILADELPHIA, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Education, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere within an educational location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining highly visible to support a secure environment, and offering outstanding customer service through clear communication. Thur03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Fri11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sat03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sun11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including responding appropriately to emergency situations as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment at the location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the campus and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify any unusual conditions.

Identify and report maintenance or security-related issues observed during patrols to the appropriate personnel.

Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and promote a welcoming atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors.

Offer assistance with directions and information to those on the premises, contributing to a positive experience within the educational environment.

What We're Looking For :

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
