Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Patterson, Georgia. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality behavioral therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one behavioral therapy services to clients in their homes or in our clinic
Implement behavior plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address client goals and objectives
Collect data on client behavior and progress, and communicate effectively with BCBAs and other team members
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client services and progress
Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop and implement individualized behavior plans
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field or certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification
At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Ability to travel to client homes and clinics in Patterson, Georgia
