Whether you're new to the field or already certified, we'll support you every step of the way-including paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and full coverage of your certification costs.

We require that you have completed the 40 hour RBT course within the last 130 days. We will support your competency and RBT exam. No prior ABA experience required-just bring your enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
