You'll shape narratives, coach leaders, and drive engagement across our internal ecosystem to help our experts show up with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.

Where You'll Make a Difference

Lead Communications for R&D & IC&D : Own and write messaging for key initiatives, change management, and cultural engagement across our scientific and creative communities, including intranet articles and content; newsletters and other email updates; corporate social posts; communications from leadership and more

Coach & Advise Senior Leaders : Help R&D and IC&D leaders articulate their vision, simplify technical content, and connect with employees authentically - across formats and forums

Support Thought Leadership : Partner with SVP, R&D and IC&D to shape their voice and presence for internal engagements and external platforms such as LinkedIn

Design & Deliver Events : Create dynamic experiences that inform, inspire, and elevate the work of R&D and IC&D teams through Town Hall and in-person experiences; produce images and videos to enhance written content and increase engagement

Generate Creative Ideas : Bring fresh thinking, challenge assumptions, and elevate our communications game with bold storytelling

Project Management : Maintain / evolve / optimize internal comms calendar / strategy in alignment with larger business strategy, corporate culture needs, industry trends and in accordance with performance data, insights and best practices. Balance long-term plans and projects with short-term / immediate actions based on company / industry news,imminent needs, etc.

What Makes You the Right Fit

4 - 6 years of experience in executive / internal communications

Exceptional writing and storytelling skills - able to distill complexity into clarity and emotion

Strong presence and confidence to coach senior leaders and influence direction

Experience designing and executing Town Halls, employee campaigns, and change communications

Creative mindset with a bias for action and collaboration

Salary Ranges : $89200- $111500
