Position : HERS Rater (Certified or Willing to Train)

Are you a HERS Rater or eager to become one? Whether you’re already certified or ready to dive into a rewarding new career, we want to hear from you! ARCXIS is hiring HERS Raters to perform HVAC testing based on Title 24 guidelines . We provide top-tier training for the right candidates, so if you're ready to learn, we’re ready to help you grow!

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform HERS tests on HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings.
• Drive within a 60-mile radius or more to job sites (car allowance and fuel card provided).
• Submit detailed inspection reports via computer or smartphone.
• Ensure all work is completed with precision, integrity, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Climb ladders, work in attics / crawlspaces, and handle equipment up to 50 pounds.
