Position Summary

The Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our venue, including repairs, carpentry work, painting, and general maintenance tasks.

Overview of Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks throughout the venue, including but not limited to :
• Carpentry work such as building shelves, repairing furniture, and installing fixtures
• Painting walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
• Plumbing repairs and minor electrical work
• HVAC system maintenance and filter replacements
• Flooring repairs
• General maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the venue
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards and address them quickly
• Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and ensure they are properly stored and maintained
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure minimal disruption to operations
• Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
