Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Food Runner / Expeditor. In this key role, you will play a vital part in our guests' experience by swiftly and precisely ensuring the smooth delivery of orders from the kitchen to their tables, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure communication in the kitchen between the front of house and back of house teams by calling out orders, tracking dish status, and coordinating with the waitstaff to serve completed dishes.
• Ensure all orders are completed accurately, on time, and with correct priority.
• Finish dishes with final touches such as garnishes and ensuring cleanliness of presentation.
• Assist servers, bartenders, and guests by taking orders and delivering requested items in an efficient and timely manner.
• Engage with guests to assess beverage and service needs, delivering consistently high-quality service.
• Operate, maintain, and clean all restaurant equipment and fittings properly.
• Keep the expediting area and restaurant outlets tidy, organized, and well stocked at all times.
• Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g., proper temperature).
• Check in with guests upon delivery and address any needs or questions as they arise.
