We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Inventory Control Associate to support our food production facility by accurately accounting for all inventory related to the production of meal kit recipe boxes. This is a fast-paced role that requires precision, organization, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Complete daily inventory cycle counts and ensure FIFO rotation (First in First Out) throughout the facilityManage requisition of product from storage to productionRecord all inventory changes and enter data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Confirm product quality and quantity immediately after receiving processes are completeUnderstand and support the inventory needs of the Preparation Team to meet production targetsClearly communicate inventory changes to the Inventory Control Team LeadTroubleshoot and resolve inventory, product quality, and yield issuesPerform other duties as assigned to support operational goalsMust-Have Skills & Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience using inventory mobile devicesMinimum 12 years of inventory and / or food service-related experienceExperience in receiving or inventory control related to produce or specialty foodStandup Reach Forklift experienceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to follow detailed procedures and offer process improvement suggestionsEffective verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to adapt and grow with changing job requirementsPreferred Qualifications
Associate Degree (preferred but not required)Food safety certifications a plus
