About The Position

💰 Pay Information

💵 $350,000 – $375,000 / year base salary

🎉 Up to $200,000 Sign-On Bonus

🌴 Generous PTO : 34–40 days / year depending on model

📚 Annual CME Allowance : $5,500

Join an established OB / GYN practice in Iowa with a well-supported, collegial team . This full-time opportunity offers immediate patient volume, access to state-of-the-art facilities , and a supportive environment for career growth.

Team & Practice Highlights :

👩‍⚕️ Team of 4 OB / GYN physicians + 1 ARNP

📈 Busy practice with instant patient volume

🩺 Approx. 5 days of call per month

🏢 Newly remodeled clinic on main campus (adjacent to Labor & Delivery, lab, pharmacy, radiology)

👶 Level II NICU with 24 / 7 Pediatric Hospitalist & NICU nursing coverage

🏥 In-house specialists : Cardiology, Orthopedics, Anesthesiology, Reconstructive Surgery, etc.

🔬 OR block time 5 days / week with robotics access

🤰 Perinatology consultation available

✅ Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency; plans to test required)

🏥 Iowa medical license or IMLC (or willing to obtain)

📝 Clean malpractice history strongly preferred
