Job descriptionPromote and enforce natatorium regulations, as well as Whitten UC Pool policies and procedures. Knowledge of risk management and emergency procedures for lifesaving. Communicate with swimmers. Knowledge of swim programs and pool activities. Train new employees as required. Other duties as assigned. Attend semester inservice training. Thorough knowledge of natatorium operations and proper enforcement of policies and procedures.

Hours for position :
Mon - Fri : 6am - 7 : 30pm
Sat : 8am - 5pm
Sun : 12pm - 5pm
Different shifts available
Salary : Minimum salary hourly rate - $17.00
Summary : Maintain a safe natatorium environment by enforcing pool and spa policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid Certifications.
- Primarily unsupervised work, which requires alert, responsible, and mature lifeguards.
- Positive attitude, with an emphasis on customer service.
