Job Responsibilities
Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy
Provide customer service support for overflow needs from other internal teams
Create and update accounts and cases accurately
Update account information from medical billers

Strong, accurate data entry capabilities
Professional computer skills, including :
Microsoft Office
Web-based applications
Fast and accurate typing / keyboard skills
Ability to :
Multi-task and manage time efficiently
Perform under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions
Operate in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Strong work ethic and dependability
Receptive to feedback and coaching
Experience (Preferred)
Previous experience in :
Specialty Pharmacy or Customer Service
Environments involving problem-solving, decision-making , and high customer interaction
Experience working with :
CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) or tracking systems
Healthcare / pharmaceutical industry settings
Understanding of the challenges faced by patients with medical conditions
