Marketing Coordinator Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :
- Collaborate closely with leadership to develop an annual marketing plan
- Execute marketing plan throughout the year
- Collect on-the-job photo and video content for marketing purposes
- Maintain, optimize, and post content on company social media accounts
- Assist in analyzing return on investment and comparing sales and call lead volume to budgets to determine the most efficient marketing campaigns
- Assist in collaborating with and overseeing our 3rd party digital marketing vendor
- Assist in the design and management of email, direct mail, SMS, and online digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in the creation, design, and distribution of printed marketing materials
- Assist in the oversight of new website design
- Research competition to stay current on industry products and services
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing customers
- Maintain a positive brand image to the community
- Assess current marketing and advertisement trends and determine most effective marketing strategies
- Assist in recruiting efforts as needed
