About this Role

Responsibilities

• Lead all fundraising efforts for CTC’s funds and co-investment vehicles.
• Leverage existing networks and develop new relationships across HNWIs, family offices, foundations, and banks.
• Design and execute targeted capital formation strategies for different investor segments.
• Identify and cultivate strategic capital partners to support long-term scaling of low-carbon technologies.
• Collaborate with the Head of Investments on structuring co-investment opportunities and blended capital stacks.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for existing and prospective investors.
• Oversee all LP communications, including quarterly reports and annual meetings.
• Lead ESG and impact reporting, ensuring alignment with leading frameworks.
• Maintain CRM and investor data systems for transparency and efficiency.
• Represent CTC at industry events, investor conferences, and media opportunities.
• Support policy engagement aligning investor messaging with industry goals.
