About the Internship

We are seeking a motivated Civil / Structural Engineering Intern for a 3-month, full-time internship during the summer of 2026. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience in restoration engineering while building technical and professional skills. The internship progresses through three phases :

• Month 1 Onboarding & Learning : Get introduced to our team, tools, and processes. Participate in safety training, site visits, and shadow engineers on active projects.
• Month 2 Contributing & Applying Skills : Begin contributing to projects by assisting with calculations, reviewing codes, participating in meetings, and learning software tools. Engage in seminars, webinars, and technical discussions.
• Month 3 Demonstrating Growth Through Application : Take on project tasks with guidance from your mentors, contribute to project goals, and present your findings to the team.
