A company is looking for a Director of Software Development (Products & Platform).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor multiple product and platform development teams, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence

Oversee full-stack development, ensuring predictable delivery, quality, and performance of assigned products

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product reliability and customer experience

Required Qualifications

10+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years in engineering leadership roles

Proven success in leading distributed teams delivering SaaS products at scale

Strong technical foundation in .NET, C#, SQL, and cloud-native architectures

Experience in modernizing monolithic systems into modular, service-based architectures

Hands-on familiarity with AI development tooling, DevOps, CI / CD, and observability tools
