Associate Director, Digital Assets
Guidehouse is executing an ambitious growth strategy for its Digital Assets capability. We are seeking a dynamic leader with deep expertise in Financial and Risk Management across the digital asset ecosystem. As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling this domain, driving client impact through strategic advisory and technical enablement. The Digital Assets practice advises clients on secure and efficient adoption and integration of blockchain technologies, tokenization models, and digital currencies by ensuring regulatory, operational, and technical readiness. The ideal candidate will bring subject matter expertise in treasury and liquidity management, with direct experiences with stablecoins, crypto and digital asset products alongside a business-builder mindset and a robust professional network.
Key Responsibilities will include :
- Engagement Leadership : Oversee delivery of client engagements and advise on building treasury functions
- Go-to-Market Strategy : Spearhead development and execution of strategic growth and new client acquisition by building and maintaining partner relationships with digital asset and traditional financial institutions
- Cross-Practice Collaboration : Partner with Guidehouse specialty and non-specialty practices to cross-sell relevant services and solutions
- Talent Development : Mentor and develop team members, while recruiting new talent to support this strategic growth initiative
- Thought Leadership : Collaborate across practices to develop intellectual property and contribute to industry-leading insights
- Executive Engagement : Manage senior-level relationships and align Digital Assets solutions to client needs, driving revenue and profitability
What You Will Need :
Bachelors degree7+ years of experience in Treasury, Capital Markets, FinTech, or related financial rolesDemonstrated experience in treasury and liquidity management within a stablecoin issuer, a crypto exchange, or broader digital asset companyStrong knowledge of treasury management, operations, including rebalancing, reserve management, execution of high value payments, crypto / fiat transactions, etc.Experience with management of reserve portfoliosPassion for cryptocurrency and financial innovationExperience managing high performing teams in a fast-paced environmentStrong project management, communication, and public speaking skillsWhat Would Be Nice to Have :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or EconomicsMaster's degreeStrong negotiation and influencing skills with senior stakeholdersExperience with crypto liquidity, fiat funding flows, and stablecoin mechanicsHigh business acumen and commercial awarenessEntrepreneurial spirit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentThe annual salary range for this position is $162,000.00-$270,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
