Job Title : Remote Support Desk Associate

Hourly Pay : $21 - $27 / hour

We’re hiring a Remote Support Desk Associate to provide friendly, entry-level assistance to customers and internal teams. In this fully remote role, you’ll respond to common support inquiries through email or chat, offer basic help like password resets and resource guidance, and ensure requests are recorded and routed properly. You’ll play an essential role in making sure support runs smoothly and that users get fast, helpful responses. Job Responsibilities :

Respond to simple support questions via chat, email, or ticket systems

Assist with basic tasks like account lookups, resets, or access requests

• Log all inquiries in the system and forward complex issues to senior support

Keep records clear and updated for ongoing tracking

Follow up with users to confirm their issues are resolved
