A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to join their Customer Support team.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively monitor customer platform usage and resolve issues during sales cycles
Respond to and triage inbound support requests, ensuring rapid resolution of escalated issues
Conduct customer check-ins and provide analytics and reporting to improve customer outcomes
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in customer support or a related role in an enterprise B2B / SaaS technology company
Proven track record of meeting KPIs and achieving exceptional customer outcomes
Experience using CRM and / or ticketing software such as Salesforce or Zendesk
Mastery of PowerPoint and Excel
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
