Caregiver with Behavioral Health Experience
Right at Home Arcadia, In-Home Care & Assistance is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver with Behavioral Health experience to provide non-medical, in-home support for a client in the Paradise Valley area.
This specific role focuses on assisting an emotionally challenged senior. Helping with personal care, daily living activities, emotional support, and companionship. This client experiences behavioral challenges such as dementia, agitation and mood changes and can be particular about her routines.

As a Behavioral Health Caregiver, you will provide compassionate, non-medical care to support an elderly client’s comfort and independence at home.
Key responsibilities include :
Offering emotional and companionship supportProviding behavioral support through patience, redirection, and calm communicationAssisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and light personal careSupporting with mobility, transfers, and light housekeepingPreparing meals and assisting with medication remindersMaintaining a positive, safe, and respectful home environmentQualifications and Skills
Non-Medical Behavioral Health or related caregiving experience required (experience with dementia, anxiety, or behavioral challenges preferred)High school diploma or GED preferredPrior experience as a Caregiver or CNA (in-home or facility)Open AvailabilityValid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportationCompassionate, patient, and professional attitudeDependable work ethic and team-oriented mindsetAbility to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
