Job descriptionCompetitive Wages Weekly Pay Paid Training 401(k) Plan Dental & Vision Plans (employee paid) Supplemental Medical Coverage (employee paid) Employee Bonus & Referral Programs Caregiver Recognition Bonus Program after completion of : 50 hours – $50 100 hours – $50 400 hours – $200 800 hours – $200 Satisfactory performance required Offering emotional and companionship support Providing behavioral support through patience, redirection, and calm communication Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, grooming, and light personal care Supporting with mobility, transfers, and light housekeeping Preparing meals and assisting with medication reminders Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful home environment Non-Medical Behavioral Health or related caregiving experience required (experience with dementia, anxiety, or behavioral challenges preferred) High school diploma or GED preferred Prior experience as a Caregiver or CNA (in-home or facility) Open Availability Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude Dependable work ethic and team-oriented mindset Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Caregiver with Behavioral Health Experience
Right at Home Arcadia, In-Home Care & Assistance is seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver with Behavioral Health experience to provide non-medical, in-home support for a client in the Paradise Valley area.
This specific role focuses on assisting an emotionally challenged senior. Helping with personal care, daily living activities, emotional support, and companionship. This client experiences behavioral challenges such as dementia, agitation and mood changes and can be particular about her routines.
If you have experience supporting seniors with behavioral health needs and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to have you on our team!

- Pay : $24 per hour for this client
- Location : Paradise Valley, AZ
- Shifts Available : Overnight Open Availability
