Job description
  • Day to day networking task
  • Configuring routers, switches, access points
  • Monitoring infrastructure
  • Logging into switches routers, firewalls to troubleshoot issues
  • Assist end users and customers
  • Troubleshooting network and device issues
  • Rotating on-call - 1 Week on and 1 week off
  • Other project / architecture / maintenance tasks as needed.

    • Configuring network devices for store openings or replacements.

    • Troubleshooting issues whether it be a store outage or an alert received via our alerting tools.
    • Assisting the help desk when required due to a network issue
    • The need to cover on call 24 / 7 every other week, Monday thru Sunday.
    • Access via VPN to be able to investigate issues during off hours.
    • Off hours duties may include engineer to be onsite in one of our buildings after hours.
