The Service Dispatcher is responsible for the appropriate scheduling of service technicians to scheduled maintenance visits, emergency down units, and quoted repair work. This includes understanding customer equipment and preferences, technician abilities, and the geographic and timing constraints to be as efficient and impactful with precious service technician time.
