Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Litigation Attorney to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling complex business litigation matters and a strong commitment to achieving the best results for our clients in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in state and federal courts, mediations, arbitrations, and other alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Handle a wide range of business litigation cases, including but not limited to contract disputes, business torts, shareholder disputes, and intellectual property litigation.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their businesses, industries, and unique challenges.
• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Provide counsel and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys within the firm to leverage expertise and resources.
• Explore innovative and advantageous ways to resolve cases, including settlement options.
• Manage cases through trial and appeals if necessary.
