Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual to join CLEAResult as a Field Supervisor to lead 8-12 field staff in delivering energy efficiency programs. The role involves managing field operations, monitoring team budget and resources to ensure productivity and growth targets. This role will generate reports to management on program and team accomplishments and productivity. The ideal candidate has experience in construction, project management, and leading teams. Successful candidates will reside in Houston Texas for frequent travel within the area. Company vehicle provided.

You're a great fit you can Lead, train, and schedule 8-12 field staff to ensure technical accuracy and operational efficiency. Oversee project timelines and ensure on-schedule delivery. Provide technical guidance on installations and real-time support in the field. Conduct quality inspections to maintain program compliance. Communicate project updates to program staff and client. Troubleshoot challenges and drive solutions to meet program goals. Support operational and program budget management.

Exciting Candidates Will Have

• 3-5 years of construction, weatherization, commercial and manufacturing environments, electrical, HVAC, or other related industry experience
• Experience managing field staff
• High School diploma or GED
