005 : $81,400 - $101,800 (Salary will be determined based on skills,

education, training & experience related to the position.) We

are looking for Project Engineers - Yield Optimization in

Weyauwega, WI and Little Chute, WI. Developing and implementing

transformation processes to enhance operational yield performance.

Collaborating with plant management and corporate functions to

define project scope, process design, capital and expense

estimates. Selecting contractors / vendors, specifying equipment.

Assess plant equipment and processes to identify deficiencies and

improve raw material usage. Develop process designs, equipment

specifications, and cost estimates for optimization and new

installations. Follow up on projects, considering impacts on staff,

quality, and safety, and manage budgets to ensure timely and

cost-effective completion. Use data from equipment and ERP systems

to track raw material losses and yield efficiency. 1-5 years in

project engineering roles. ~ Experience in dairy, food, or sanitary

processes. ~ Chemical or Mechanical Engineer Degree Agropur's US
