Swanson Studio is hiring : Post Producer in Portland

Swanson Studio is a commercial photo & video studio that creates cinematic, story-driven visuals, igniting the human connection to the products we love to love. We partner with brands like Nike, Microsoft, and The North Face, crafting innovative photo and video imagery in our Northwest Portland studio and on-location around the world.

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Post Producer in our Portland, Oregon based studio.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Post Producer to join our Production team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photo and motion production and will work closely with our Producer to oversee projects from estimate to final deliverable. Success in this role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong client relationship skills, and a positive attitude while managing shifting priorities.

What You’ll Do

Project Management :

• Oversee all aspects of post-production for photo and motion projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with clients, creative teams, and external vendors to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Generate retouching and video editing estimates in a timely manner.
• Build and maintain a roster of freelance retouchers, editors, and sound mixers for the studio.
• Identify and maintain relationships with freelance talent utilizing cutting-edge tools and techniques.
