The Admissions Coordinator serves as a trusted partner for families exploring placement at Gersh Autism . This role blends relationship-building, strategic communication, and operational excellence to guide families through the admissions process with empathy, expertise, and precision.

Key Responsibilities
Engage and Educate Families : Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families, conducting phone consultations, hosting campus tours, and clearly communicating Gersh's mission, programs, and student experience.Drive Enrollment Results : Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment goals through proactive follow-up, relationship management, and conversion-focused outreach.Lead with Expertise : Provide guidance and training as a senior member of the admissions team; model best practices in family communication, data tracking, and compliance.Uphold Standards : Follow all admissions policies and procedures established by the Vice President of Admissions; maintain professional and ethical communication at all times.Execute Outreach Strategy : Adhere to the admissions contact strategy, ensuring consistent call volume, weekly tour activity, and a healthy pipeline funnel.Maintain Accurate Records : Enter and manage all inquiry, referral, and enrollment data within the CRM system in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.Build Partnerships : Cultivate relationships with key referral sources, including school district leaders, placement coordinators, and other community stakeholders.Represent Gersh : Attend and present at networking events, conferences, and professional meetings to enhance visibility and build brand awareness.Lead Recruitment Events : Plan and participate in open houses, community fairs, and special events for prospective students and families.Support Funding Navigation : Assist families through the legal and tuition funding process, offering clarity and support throughout each stage.Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with admissions, school leadership, and corporate management to ensure alignment on enrollment goals and family experience.Analyze and Report Data : Track, interpret, and communicate key metrics such as inquiries, tours, enrollments, and capacity across all programs.Ensure Quality Assurance : Audit records and processes regularly to maintain accuracy and operational integrity.Demonstrate Flexibility : Approach new or changing priorities with professionalism, urgency, and a solution-oriented mindsetespecially during peak enrollment periods.Qualifications
Direct experience in both admissions and consultative sales is required.Minimum of 3–5 years of professional experience in educational admissions, consultative sales, or business development with a measurable track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
Proven success in relationship-driven environments where enrollment or client conversion is a primary objective.Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred.Highly coachable, adaptable, and open to continuous improvement.Strong sense of accountability and ownership; thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skillsconfident, polished, and empathetic in both verbal and written interactions.Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.Customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering an outstanding family experience.Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly (including out-of-state) as needed.Schedule & Availability
Full-time position requiring flexibility to accommodate campus tours, open houses, and enrollment events.Evening or weekend availability may be required during peak enrollment periods.Regular travel between campuses should be expected.Physical Requirements
