Job description
A company is looking for a Strategic Planning Manager to drive modernization initiatives for Soldier performance and survivability across the Army's Close Combat Integration Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Support Soldier Lethality and Future Force initiatives across AFC and ASA(ALT)
Lead integration of Programs of Record and soldier-centric modernization solutions
Conduct research and analysis to identify operational capability gaps and integration opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Military Science, Engineering, Defense Studies, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in defense acquisition or Army capability development
Strong understanding of Army Futures Command structure and acquisition processes
Proven experience in developing modernization strategies for senior leaders
Familiarity with Soldier Lethality concepts and Close Combat modernization priorities
