Manufacturing Technician Manchester, NH This role combines hands-on manufacturing expertise with modern data and technology skills. You’ll work in a dynamic R&D environment, supporting the assembly, testing, and data-driven improvement of cutting-edge medical components. Responsibilities : Perform manual or semi-automated assembly of small components. Document processes and record production data accurately. Inspect components using microscopes, sensors, and other precision tools. Analyze data using JMP or other statistical analysis software to determine specification ranges. Prepare reports summarizing results, conclusions, and process recommendations. Develop and propose process parameter specifications to enhance quality and efficiency. Support the development of automated data acquisition systems. Qualifications General laboratory experience and technical skills are required. Ability to work in an ISO Class 8 Cleanroom Environment (CE). Strong data entry, analysis, and documentation skills. Proficiency with Excel and statistical software (e.g., JMP). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and a passion for R&D and continuous improvement
