Dispatcher / Customer Representative

The Delivery Service Dispatcher will focus on generating cases for billing disputes and service of the company's products. Responsibilities include logging calls, creating service tickets, scheduling and dispatching service, and assisting with billing disputes, gas refills, and equipment safety issues. This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Training includes three weeks of classroom instruction followed by one week of hands-on training with supervisor.

• Ability to work weekends and flexible schedules
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• 1+ year of customer service experience or similar

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stuart, FL.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $17.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
