Weekend Hours : As required by facility, 6 week schedule periods (up to one weekend per 6 week schedule)

Call Requirements : up to 4-7 call days per 6 week schedule, 2 of which are over 1 weekend.

Current RN License in Missouri

BLS

ACLS from AHA only

1 year Endoscopy experience

CGRN certification recommended within 2 years after hire date (preferred)

Schedule Information

Shift : Days, 5x8, hours may vary during the time frame 0730-1600, 2-3 late days per week

Number of Beds : up to 9 procedure rooms with 36 pre / post bays / beds

Patient Ratios : 1 : 1 to 1 : 2

Procedures : 18-21 procedures per room per physician per shift

Equipment : Olympus Scopes, ERBE

EMR : EPIC, Provation

Must have EPIC experience within past year

Additional Details

Performs direct patient care activities for all age groups

Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments

Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with established guidelines of nursing practice

Basic dysrhythmia knowledge required

Good communication skills, able to work closely with physicians and other staff
