Sr Project Manager (PMO)

Transformation Leader Opportunity

Insight Global is seeking a results-oriented leader with a background in leading complex transformation initiatives - someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and has a passion for driving executive-level engagement. This is a high visibility opportunity with engagement with leaders across the business unit.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee end-to-end cross-functional workplan enabling the delivery and oversight of key deliverables
• Serve as the program management function, acting as a conduit between business unit sponsors / leads, workstreams and support functions
• Enable and oversee change management activities
• Support communication strategy including program progress; reporting, requirements and decisioning
• Drive organizational alignment and develop linkages and dependencies with teams in and outside of the business unit
• Lead PMO forums for the business unit, interface with organization-wide committees, and share insights
• Manage and mentor a small, motivated team and foster a culture of intellectual rigor, collaboration, and continuous improvement
