What You Will Be Doing
Command the complete national facilities ecosystem : orchestrate new construction, comprehensive renovations, and operational excellence across our expanding campus network.
Build and direct a world‑class team structure (SVP leadership + VP specialists + support staff) with complete profit & loss accountability.
Establish and maintain universal excellence standards spanning procurement protocols, security infrastructure, furnishing specifications, technology integration, and brand presentation.
Pioneer AI‑enhanced operational frameworks and service level agreements that streamline processes and accelerate future growth cycles.
Maintain direct founder communication while orchestrating cross‑functional collaboration with legal, financial, and compliance teams to ensure flawless launch execution.

Operate as an advisor or consultant — you will be the primary decision‑maker driving results.
Focus on individual campus projects — your vision encompasses systematic, nationwide transformation.

Associate Partner Key Responsibilities
Transform, optimize, and maintain facilities infrastructure across our national footprint — guaranteeing every campus achieves student‑readiness standards on schedule through innovative, scalable, and AI‑enhanced operational systems.
Basic Requirements
Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience.
Demonstrated mastery in directing sophisticated, multi‑location projects with non‑negotiable deadlines and significant business impact.
Extensive background managing new construction, comprehensive renovations, and operational infrastructure at national or international scale.
Practical expertise in retail construction and / or enterprise‑level maintenance operations where standardization and launch readiness were paramount.
Proven success building and directing elite teams with complete financial and operational accountability.
Superior analytical thinking, relationship management, and executive communication capabilities.
Natural ability to excel under pressure, operate independently, and deliver results in dynamic, growth‑focused, or private equity environments.
Valid U.S. work authorization and flexibility for approximately 25% travel requirements.
Nice‑to‑have Requirements
History developing or expanding regulated, multi‑location enterprises.
Professional experience in education, retail, or healthcare sectors where facilities management was business‑critical.
Proven success creating and deploying AI‑powered operational frameworks.

Working with us
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $400 USD / hour, which equates to $800 000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
