Treasury Management Sales Support Analyst

About this role :

Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Managment Support Analyst within Global Payments and Liquidity as a part of Enterprise Functions to support the North American Banks team.

In this role, you will :

Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants

Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area

Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives, related to low to medium risk deliverables

Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers

Required Qualifications :

• 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications :

Experience in Treasury Management

Strong business-to-business sales acumen

Experience supporting larger more complex clients

Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives

Ability to develop strong partnerships

Excellent communication skills

Interest or experience in the corresponding banking industry

Ability to be a self-starter and independent learner

Job Expectations :

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

This position offers a hybrid work schedule

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

Salary is just one component of Wells Fargo's total rewards package. Depending on the role, a Wells Fargo's employee may be eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and / or equity in the company in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
