Job description

Data Entry Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a Data Entry Specialist in the Plano TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Enter and update new and modified orders for key accounts with precision.
  • Review and verify data entries for accuracy and completeness.
  • Send order confirmations to representatives or distributors as needed.
  • Manage the processing of sample orders and submissions, ensuring all entries are correct.
  • Support the sales team by entering forecast data and assisting with inventory variance reports.
  • Handle distributor stock rotation claims and maintain consignment inventory records.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel (VLOOK UP and Pivot Tables).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Oracle is a plus, but not mandatory.

    • Job Details :

  • Schedule : Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
  • Compensation : $19-20 / hr.
  • Employment Type : Contract to hire
  • Location : Plano, TX 75024
