Job Summary
The Senior Web Producer is responsible for managing and optimizing digital design, web development, and web analytics. They are also responsible for developing strategy, maintaining, designing, and updating multiple websites, as well as the corporate intranet.
In addition, they will possess a clear understanding of web analytics best practices, such as developing KPIs and benchmarks, and have a strong focus on user experience (UX).
This individual will also design and produce offline marketing collateral such as print ads, newsletters, PDF forms and PowerPoint presentations.
Pay Range
Rate of pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, education, as well as position requirements.
Experience
- Required : Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Graphic Design and Web development. At least one (1) year of web service management or supervisory experience.
- Preferred :
Education
- Required : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
- Preferred : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or equivalent.
Specialized Skills
Required : Proficient in current web and graphic applications and programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, and Google Analytics.
Strong cross-platform computer skills; able to quickly learn and use new technologies. Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP.
Highly proficient in online marketing and web analytics tools, site optimization tools, and CX platform analytics tools.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, database management, and analytical tools.
Preferred : Photography, video, and audio editing skills are preferred.
