Dispatcher / Service Coordinator

Location : On-site | Plymouth, MN

Schedule : MondayFriday | Hybrid option (1 day WFH) after 90 days

Compensation : Base + 10% Annual Bonus + On-Call Stipend ($250$350)

We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher to join our fast-growing team! In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our operationscoordinating service technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on client needs and priority levels
• Monitor service calls and technician availability in real time
• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide timely updates
• Track and maintain accurate records of service calls and technician assignments
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize scheduling and resource allocation
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and provide administrative support as needed
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (45 times / year) with stipend compensation
