We are a 179-bed CMS Rated 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility located in South Scottsdale. Specializing in high-acuity post-acute care, our services include tracheostomy and ventilator care, dialysis, complex wound care and rehabilitation.

Job Description
As an RT, you will provide care to residents requiring airway management and serve a vital role on the healthcare team.
Requirements
- RT License
- Fingerprint Clearance Card within 30 day of employment Facility Paid
- CPR Certificate within 90 days of employment Facility Paid
