Location : University of Virginia, Division of Gastroenterology and Hepatology, University Medical Center.

Position Overview : The Department seeks a tenure‑eligible Open Rank (Assistant, Associate, Professor) faculty member to join a team of experienced general and transplant hepatology physicians.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients in clinic.
• Perform routine endoscopic procedures.
• Attend on inpatient hepatology consult GI service.
• Participate in ongoing clinical research.
• Assist with teaching fellows and residents.

Qualifications

Background checks and health / drug screening will be performed on all new hires prior to employment.
