Qualifications

• 1 year of lifeguarding experience and have access to reliable transportation
• 15 years old minimum
• Current and valid ARC or equivalent certification including but not limited to Lifeguard, CPR First Aid and AED
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Ability to pass pre-employment verbal skills test
• Ability to pass a swim and in-water skills test when applicable
• All applicants are subject to background screenings and (when applicable) drug testing
• Flexible schedule required

• $150 NEW HIRE BONUSES
• 50% Reimbursement for Lifeguard Training and participation in our certification courses for all new hires
• We offer 50% reimbursement on all certification courses after 45 days or 1 season of employment (minimum 1 shift weekly)
