Job description

Occupational Therapist Role $1,946 to $2,046 per week

We're currently seeking a talented Occupational Therapist to join our team in a skilled nursing facility setting. If you're passionate about helping individuals regain their independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations to assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patients' independence in daily activities.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance mobility, strength, and coordination.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and techniques.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with facility standards.

Requirements

  • Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
