The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with a variety of medical conditions, with a focus on telemetry monitoring and acute care management. Key Responsibilities : Deliver direct nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical telemetry setting Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards Qualifications : Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Med / Surg Telemetry BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
