Based in Kennesaw, GA , we're expanding our IT support capabilities and are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Help Desk Engineer I to join our growing technology team.
Location :
This position is based in Kennesaw, GA.
Schedule :
Full-time position averaging 40 hours per week , with occasional overtime as needed.
Pay :
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
About the Job :
As a Help Desk Engineer I , you'll serve as a key point of contact for IT support across the organization. You will provide Tier I Help Desk support for PC, server, application, and hardware issues - both locally and remotely - while maintaining excellent communication and a high level of customer satisfaction. This position offers a great opportunity to grow your technical skills while supporting a collaborative, enterprise-level IT environment.
