Full Cycle Account Executive

Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm for top health and wellness companies. We're filling this role for a client, a tech-enabled longevity platform combining expert coaching, nutrition, and AI to improve cardiometabolic health and extend healthspan.

We're seeking a Full Cycle Account Executive to lead sales efforts with medical practices, concierge medicine groups, and med spas nationwide. You'll own the entire sales process from pipeline generation to contract close introducing providers to our AI-driven longevity and heart health programs and helping them implement our platform as part of their patient experience.

This is an entrepreneurial role for a consultative seller who thrives in the high-growth health and wellness space. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and clinical teams to shape how we go to market, refine our sales motion, and set the standard for provider partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle : Source, prospect, demo, negotiate, and close partnerships with medical practices, concierge medicine providers, and med spas.
  • Develop pipeline through multiple channels : Outbound outreach, events, conferences, referrals, and inbound lead conversion.
  • Conduct consultative discovery : Understand practice models, patient demographics, and revenue goals; map their needs to our solution and ROI.
  • Deliver tailored demos : Present our platform to physicians, practice owners, and staff demonstrating clinical impact, patient retention benefits, and revenue opportunities.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales : Work with both clinical and business decision-makers; manage legal, compliance, and operational conversations to close deals.
  • Partner cross-functionally : Collaborate with marketing on lead gen campaigns, with clinical ops on onboarding, and with product on feedback from providers.
  • Maintain pipeline discipline : Accurately forecast, log activities, and report insights to sales leadership for strategy alignment.
  • Represent the company at events : Attend key industry conferences and networking events to build relationships and generate leads.

Requirements

  • 36+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, digital health, wellness, medtech, or related field) with proven success in full-cycle selling.
  • Experience selling into private medical practices, concierge medicine, or med spas strong understanding of provider operations and decision-making.
  • Skilled in consultative and solution-oriented selling; able to translate patient outcomes and financial ROI into compelling business cases.
  • Strong hunter mentality : you know how to generate your own pipeline, nurture leads, and close deals without heavy reliance on inbound.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas consistently delivering results and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller; confident presenting to physicians, practice managers, and clinical staff both virtually and in-person.
  • Highly organized and metrics-driven; skilled in CRM management and forecasting.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where priorities can shift adaptable, entrepreneurial, and resourceful.
