Position Objective
The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This is achieved through performing various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization. Functional Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Process merchandise, ensuring items are properly stored, ticketed and easily located for replenishment on the sales floor; reorganize merchandise to maximize stock space.
- Ensure new products are properly merchandised and represented in a timely manner.
- Enter receiving documents into the computer system, reconcile merchandise invoices to items received as applicable, and complete store-to-store transfers and locate requests accurately and timely.
- Ensure visual packet materials, props and signage are received and processed timely; properly store stockroom hardware, hangers, sign holders, etc.
- Participate in pricing changes and markdowns.
- Alert store management to cash supply needs.
- Assist with visual directives, including floorsets, window changes, visual presentations, and signage placement as directed.
- Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentPrevious stock or cashier experience preferredMust be 18 years of age or olderExcellent communication skillsExcellent customer service skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAble to learn or adapt to technology provided by the companyMust be able to work the majority of the shift standingAbility to work quickly and within strict timelinesAbility to demonstrate teamworkExposure to visual merchandising and product placement techniques desiredCommunicate with customers, associates, and management; wear / communicate with headsetRegular attendance is essential; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidaysPhysical Requirements
